We’re hiring a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specialist to measure + improve conversion from organic social video views → website sessions → purchases for LockedInAI.
We have:
Main @lockedinai account (~65K followers)
UGC creator program generating millions of views across TikTok / Instagram / YouTube / Facebook
Phase 1 (paid 14-day audit sprint)
Tracking & measurement
Audit our current tracking (GA4 + existing pixels/events)
Implement/standardize UTM structure (platform + campaign + creator + content/video ID)
Ensure purchases/revenue are correctly attributed in GA4
Provide a weekly dashboard definition (exact reports + metrics + how to pull)
Funnel diagnosis
Identify the biggest drop-offs (view→click, click→session, session→purchase)
