CRO Specialist Job Description

CRO Specialist (Organic Social → Website → Paid) | GA4 + Landing Page + A/B Testing

We’re hiring a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specialist to measure + improve conversion from organic social video views → website sessions → purchases for LockedInAI.


We have:


Main @lockedinai account (~65K followers)


UGC creator program generating millions of views across TikTok / Instagram / YouTube / Facebook


Phase 1 (paid 14-day audit sprint)


Tracking & measurement


Audit our current tracking (GA4 + existing pixels/events)


Implement/standardize UTM structure (platform + campaign + creator + content/video ID)


Ensure purchases/revenue are correctly attributed in GA4


Provide a weekly dashboard definition (exact reports + metrics + how to pull)


Funnel diagnosis


Identify the biggest drop-offs (view→click, click→session, session→purchase)


Segment by platform + creator/UGC vs main account


CRO action plan


Top opportunities ranked by impact/effort


3–5 test ideas with: hypothesis, page changes (copy/layout), success metric, and expected impact


Recommendations for scalable creator tracking (per-creator + per-video)


Deliverables by Day 14


Funnel dashboard + reporting instructions


Tracking checklist + UTM framework


Ranked CRO opportunities list


30-day test roadmap (prioritized)


Requirements


Proven CRO results (SaaS or subscription preferred) — show examples with numbers


Strong GA4 skills (acquisition + attribution + conversion reporting)


Landing page + checkout optimization experience


Clear communication and actionable deliverables
