Virtual Assistant (Social media experience preferred but not necessarily)

We are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to enhance the efficiency of my work and support daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, so I am more able to focus on elections and my new book.


I see this as a long term position rather than a single project. Therefore I am looking for a colleague rather than a one-off project freelancer. Someone who gets the values of what I offer (I can explain this in more detail) and someone who values developing a good work-based relationship.


At the beginning I imagine there will be a host of different tasks to address the backlog of projects that need doing and then things can become more in flow and become a more weekly admin/operations kind of role. Therefore I look for someone who has capacity now to possibly do more hours and then together we will find a more regular weekly amount.


Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) administration (managing schedules, emails, invoices/contracts etc); streamlining processes; operational efficiency; communications (newsletters; website and other tech maintenance; some digital media if that's a skill you have); ad-hoc projects .


Your contribution will be vital in helping the practice run smoothly and efficiently. Tech savvy will be important as well as being proactive, detail-oriented, and have experience in administrative support.

We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Google Ads Manager.


In this role, you’ll independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. You’ll focus on scaling results, maximizing ROI, and driving client growth across the GCC region. If you’ve got hands-on experience, strong reporting skills, and a growth mindset, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting GCC markets
  • Conduct detailed audience research and targeting strategies specific to the region
  • Collaborate on ad creatives and write engaging ad copy when needed
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance against KPIs to ensure maximum ROI
  • Perform A/B tests across creatives, placements, and audiences
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and GCC market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams to align campaign strategy with client objectives


Requirements

  • Must be based in Egypt
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and spoken English
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in paid ads management (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS
  • Proven experience running campaigns in the GCC region
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
